We are looking for a Web Developer to help build high-quality, responsive, and visually polished websites for our clients. You’ll work closely with our design and creative teams to bring concepts to life, develop smooth user experiences, and ensure each site functions seamlessly across platforms and devices.

Integrate design/branding Figma files quickly into websites
Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver quality projects
Share knowledge and contribute to team improvement
Build, customise, and maintain WordPress/Shopify websites
Develop pages using Elementor, WPForms and Woocommerce etc
Optimise websites for speed, SEO, and security Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs when needed
Develop responsive, mobile-first pages (home, product page, cart/checkout, landing pages, blog).
Implement product catalogues, collections, search, filters, and promotions; ensure clean URL structure and metadata.
Optimise site performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility, and SEO best practices.
Integrate payment gateways, shipping options, analytics (GA4/Tag Manager), and basic marketing tools (newsletter, popups).
Set up tracking for funnels and events; support A/B testing and CRO experiments.
Create reusable components, themes, and templates
Troubleshoot bugs, maintain uptime, and coordinate releases based on client direction
At least 2 years of web development experience (Shopify & WordPress)
Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL (knowledge of frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus).
Experience using WPForms, WooCommerce, Elementor, etc.
Understanding of SEO, performance optimisation, and website security
Great communication skills
A leader mindset and a proactive thinker
Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail
Not afraid to share recommendations with the design team and provide realistic timelines to the project manager
Has a creative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into functional and attractive digital solutions.
Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PHT
Must be based in the Philippines with ability to work from home.
Type: Hourly, Independent Contractor, remote (this must be your only job). No other employment or freelance projects.
MISCELLANEOUS (Preferred but not required)
Experience using collaboration tools like ClickUp and Slack.
