  • Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining under but not limited to:

  • Develop responsive, mobile-friendly, and visually accurate web pages based on approved designs.

  • Implement themes, templates, plugins, animations, and third-party integrations as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into functional, polished web builds.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.

  • Maintain clean, organized code and structured project files.

  • Proactive in communicating progress, challenges, and solutions clearly with the team.

  • Deliver tasks within established timelines.

  • Proven experience as a Web Developer with specialization in at least one or more of the following platforms:

    • WordPress

    • Webflow

    • Shopify

    • Framer

    • Squarespace

  • Ability to interpret design principles such as layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy when building pages.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design, UI/UX fundamentals, and modern web standards.

  • Database design based on client requirements

  • Custom plugin development. Since various platforms are used, one must be comfortable in learning and integrating various APIs.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or strong familiarity depending on platform).

  • Ability to convert design mockups from Figma into pixel-accurate, functional websites.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Organized approach to file and project management.

  • Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced project cycles.

MISCELLANEOUS (Preferred but not required)

  • Experience with SEO setup, performance optimization, or analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with integrations such as CRM systems, payment gateways, automations, etc.

  • Experience using collaboration tools like ClickUp and Slack.
