We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Booking Coordinator to join the Business Admin team, reporting to the Business Admin Lead. This role is for for someone who can own client-facing booking process end to end, from the moment a request comes in through to confirmed assignment. This would suit someone who is organised under pressure, confident working within clear systems and protocols, and takes real pride in accuracy and responsiveness. You will be the primary point of contact for all client booking communications.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Admin Coordinator to join the Business Admin team, reporting to the Business Admin Lead. This role owns the contractual and administrative infrastructure for client accounts, ensuring contracts remain current, client records are accurate and audit-ready, onboarding documentation is completed correctly, and compliance requirements are met. It does not include booking, scheduling, invoicing, or Access to Work (AtW) administration, which are managed by other members of the team.

We are looking for a Creative & QA Lead to own the quality of everything that leaves the studio. You will be the last set of eyes on design, motion and web deliverables before they reach a client, set the standard the team works to, and lead the designers and motion artists producing the work. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving production environment, so we need someone who can review critically, give feedback people can act on, and still get work out the door on time.
