How long does it take to complete a design request?
Turnaround depends on the type and complexity of the task. Requests are prioritised based on deadlines, complexity, and available production capacity.
Can I request different types of creative work?
Yes. You can request different types of creative work under your subscription.
Who will work on my projects?
The team depends on the service you request. Design work includes support from a Quality Review Checker, Art Director, and Project Manager.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time with no charges during the paused period. You can also cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We encourage clients to provide at least two weeks' notice for either request.
How does communication with the team work?
Every plan includes a dedicated Project Manager who serves as the main point of contact for day-to-day coordination. An Art Director and Quality Review Checker also oversee and review the work before delivery.
Can you work alongside my existing team?
Yes. We can work alongside your existing creative or marketing team, taking on specific workstreams while your internal team manages other areas.
How do I get started?
Start by contacting us for an initial discussion about your creative needs. From there, you'll go through a discovery call, receive a quotation and estimate, sign the agreement, and get access to our client portal to begin production.
