We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to create visually compelling designs across digital and print media. You’ll work closely with our creative team to develop branding, marketing materials, web assets, and other visual content that engages audiences and communicates our clients’ messages effectively.

Create high-quality design assets for digital and/or print materials.
Must have fresh and modern ideas. Knowledgeable with recent trends.
Produce additional specialised work depending on your combined skill set (e.g., Web Design layouts, Motion Graphics, Logo Design, Branding assets, or Packaging Design).
Ensure all designs align with project objectives, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent visual direction across all deliverables.
Proactive in communicating ideas, updates, and feedback clearly to keep workflows efficient. Manage multiple tasks and deliver work within agreed timelines.
Must be a Graphic Designer with at least 1–2 additional specialties from the following:
Branding/Logo Design
Motion Design
Website Design
Packaging/Merchandise Design
Email Marketing Design (Campaign Monitor)
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work and your additional skill set/s.
Proficiency in relevant tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Canva, etc.).
Strong understanding of layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
Ability to adapt design styles to different industries and client needs.
Good communication skills and the ability to take feedback effectively.
Organised file management and efficient workflow habits.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PHT
Must be based in the Philippines with ability to work from home.
MISCELLANEOUS (Preferred but not required)
Familiarity with project management or communication tools such as ClickUp and Slack.

Multimedia Designer roles will need a design test before the initial interview. This test will check your skills, critical thinking, and overall design expertise. It should be submitted within 24-hours after the test email has been sent.
