  • Provide clear creative direction while actively proposing creative concepts, improvements, and alternative solutions to clients when appropriate

  • Lead and manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop creative team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

  • Translate project briefs and client requirements into clear creative direction and execution

  • Anticipate client needs, feedback, and evolving project requirements

  • Identify and establish best practices for design, web, and motion, continuously improving creative workflows and daily operations

  • Manage project progress, timelines, and priorities to ensure deadlines are consistently met

  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, visual standards, and overall strategic direction

  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure creative work supports client business goals and objectives

  • Step in hands-on when needed to support projects and maintain delivery standards

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies

  • Experience in design, marketing, advertising, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years digital experience, including (but not limited to):

    • Motion design

    • Branding

    • Social media content

    • Website design and development

    • Graphic design

  • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices

  • Proven leadership, people management, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing discussions

  • A teacher/mentor mindset with patience and a strong appreciation for creative collaboration

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Availability: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PHT

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, and CapCut

  • Knowledge of web development platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Framer, or similar is a plus

  • Experience using ClickUp and Slack is a plus
