Oversee and manage creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client and team expectations.
Act as a bridge between clients, designers, developers, and other team members, fostering collaboration and creative problem-solving.
Identify road blockers, anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Provide guidance and feedback to the creative team, helping maintain visual consistency, brand alignment, and innovative ideas across all deliverables.
Review project briefs, timelines, and resources to ensure realistic planning and efficient execution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing quality, creativity, and deadlines.
Communicate clearly, proactively, and effectively, sharing progress updates, insights, and creative recommendations—not just status reports.
Must have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Creative Project Manager in a digital creative agency environment.
Has a leader and mentor mindset.
Strong understanding of creative processes, web design, and branding, with the ability to provide informed guidance and feedback.
Resourceful, proactive, and capable of thinking critically to solve problems and streamline workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Slack, or equivalent.
Ability to work independently, remotely, and adapt to a fast-paced creative environment.
A keen eye for design and creativity—able to contribute ideas and improvements.
Bonus: Experience in comic book production pipelines or game development.
Bonus: Relevant Project Management certification such as Lean Six Sigma and PMP
Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM PHT
Must be based in the Philippines with ability to work from home.
