We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Community Engagement Specialist to support the day-to-day management and performance of client social media accounts. This role sits at the centre of how our clients show up online. You will be responsible not only for nurturing digital communities, but also for ensuring content is scheduled accurately, engagement is tracked effectively, and insights are surfaced to support ongoing optimisation. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you will combine executional discipline with analytical awareness helping ensure that community activity contributes meaningfully to wider marketing performance and brand growth.

Community Management & Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions across client social media platforms.
Engage proactively with audiences in line with each client’s tone of voice and brand positioning.
Support post-publication engagement to optimise early visibility and interaction.
Build and nurture relationships with followers, creators, and potential collaborators.
Maintain response templates and tone guidelines while keeping communication personal and human.
Escalate sensitive enquiries, complaints, or commercial opportunities promptly and professionally.
Content Scheduling & Platform Oversight
Schedule and publish content across platforms according to approved content calendars.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotional activity.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date content calendars.
Flag content gaps, scheduling conflicts, or timing risks proactively.
Coordinate with the Marketing Lead to ensure platform activity aligns with campaign objectives.
Analytics & Performance Insight
Track engagement metrics, reach, growth trends, and overall platform performance.
Monitor audience behaviour patterns and content interaction trends.
Provide structured, data-led insights to support performance reviews.
Recommend optimisation based on engagement data and platform signals.
Identify emerging risks or drops in performance and escalate appropriately.
Optimisation & Strategic Input
Identify opportunities to improve engagement performance across platforms.
Provide insights on best-performing content types, themes, and formats.
Surface recurring audience feedback to inform future campaigns.
Contribute to performance discussions with thoughtful, data-informed observations.
This role is for one of our existing clients, and the successful candidate will work directly with the client’s team while collaborating with our agency to ensure smooth operations, adherence to standards, and proper documentation. The role involves acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day responsibilities and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of professional experience in social media management (experience in lifestyle, fashion, and retail is highly preferred)
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), including post-publication engagement, scheduling, and analytics.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite) and analytics platforms.
The ability to analyse performance data and translate findings into clear recommendations
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and high creative standards
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
Value precision and clarity in how you communicate insights and recommendations
Good judgement in managing sensitive inquiries, complaints, or commercial opportunities; able to escalate appropriately.
Excellent written communication in British/Australian English and Filipino; confident in adapting tone across different brands.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple multiple clients simultaneously
A deep understanding of UK and/or AU culture
Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM PHT
Must be based in the Philippines with ability to work from home.
