Brand Strategist:
Conducting extensive primary and secondary research.
Staying up-to-date on consumer research and market trends.

Business Development:
Explore and identify connections and business opportunities that will support the CDS’s need to increase market share and profitability by building strategic partnerships in synergy with internal and external stakeholders.
Increase business prospects by establishing linkages to our products and improving business partnerships.
Identify and map business strengths and customer needs (profiling).
Building the Bank’s presence in the community and improve networking through its participation and involvement in external stakeholder’s initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred is preferred.
A combination of relevant work experience and professional development in lieu of a degree may be considered.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in a digital creative agency environment with some knowledge of marketing and business development work.
Past experience with external networking and engagement at national and international level (Preferably UK and AU) will be an advantage.
Comprehensive understanding of sales strategies, marketing principles, and business development processes.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and content marketing best practices.
Familiarity with market research methods, data analysis, and reporting tools to inform strategic decisions.
Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocations, and marketing ROI assessment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reports, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Analytical skills to interpret market data, campaign performance, and sales metrics for strategic planning.
Ability to analyze business, market, and customer data to guide decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Ability to adapt to changing technologies, tools, and market conditions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all communications and business dealings.
Confident negotiator and relationship builder
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Likes turning negotiations into wins for the business
Thinks in terms of growth, presence, and revenue
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PHT
Must be based in the Philippines with ability to work from home.
